RICHMOND — A juvenile and an adult were wounded in a shooting Friday night, police said.
Police have not yet released the victims’ ages or genders.
The shooting was reported about 7:25 p.m. Friday in the area of Fleming Avenue and Ells Street.
Police said the juvenile was outside when they were shot and the adult was driving a vehicle. After being shot the adult driver collided into the rear of an apartment in the nearby Crescent Park Housing Complex. No other injuries were reported.
Both victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not yet said if either person shot was the intended target or if the shots were fired from another vehicle or by someone outside.
A motive has not been released and no arrests have been announced.
