OAKLAND — Police are investigating a sexual assault that was reported Friday morning on the campus of Mills College.
The assault was reported around 7:15 a.m. on Friday at 5000 MacArthur Blvd., the private liberal arts college’s main address, police said.
There is one suspect who is not in custody, according to police. It’s not clear whether the victim of the assault or the suspect are students.
A spokeswoman for Mills did not respond to a request for comment on Saturday morning.
Mills is an undergraduate women’s college, but also enrolls men in its graduate programs.
