OAKLAND — Two men were wounded Monday night in a drive-by shooting in East Oakland, police said Tuesday.
Both men, one 45 and the other 41, are expected to recover.
Police responding to a Shot Spotter alert found the men at 10:23 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of 66th Avenue outside an apartment complex.
Authorities said the men were uncooperative, but did tell officers they were shot by someone in a passing car.
The men, who know each other, were taken to a hospital and were in stable condition Tuesday, authorities said..
Police have not determined a motive yet for the shooting and have not made any arrests.
